To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joa Digital Business shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

Account Termination

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Governador Valadares, Minas Gerais, Brazil.
