Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or accessing any LUMIN product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and Joa Digital Business ("Company", "we", "us").

License and Permitted Use

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the LUMIN materials for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may:

• Stream and download the materials on your personal devices
• Print checklists and reference sheets for your own use

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your access credentials or downloaded materials with any third party
• Upload, host, or publish any portion of the content on any website, platform, or file-sharing service
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the materials
• Use any content for commercial purposes, including but not limited to training programs, courses, or paid publications
• Use automated tools to scrape, download, or extract content beyond what is provided through the standard interface

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, trademarks, video, audio, text, graphics, and other materials within LUMIN are the exclusive property of Joa Digital Business and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants a license to use — not ownership of — the content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the content for any specific purpose. The information contained in LUMIN is educational in nature and should not be interpreted as medical, psychological, or professional health advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joa Digital Business shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without refund if you violate these Terms, particularly the prohibited use provisions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking such action.

Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of the product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Governador Valadares, Minas Gerais, Brazil.
