Digital Products — No Refunds After Access
Because LUMIN is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are considered final once access has been granted or the materials have been downloaded. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that immediate access is provided and that the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered with your prior express consent.
Exceptions
We may consider a refund at our sole discretion under the following circumstances:
- You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error
- You did not receive access to the materials within 24 hours of payment confirmation and our support team was unable to resolve the issue
- The product delivered was materially different from the description on this page
How to Request a Review
If you believe any of the exceptions above apply, please contact us at Contact@joa.business or call +1 (667) 283-7570 within 7 calendar days of your purchase date. Include your full name, email address used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to reach out to us directly before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer. Unauthorized chargebacks on completed digital deliveries may result in the suspension of your access and additional administrative review.
