Digital Delivery Policy

How You Receive Your Product

LUMIN is a 100% digital product. No physical goods are shipped. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to all included materials through a secure download link and/or streaming page delivered to the email address provided at checkout.

Delivery Timeframe

Access is granted instantly after payment confirmation. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 15 minutes depending on payment processing times. If you have not received your access credentials within 1 hour, please contact our support team.

Access Duration

Once delivered, downloadable materials are yours to keep indefinitely. Streaming content remains accessible for as long as the platform is active. We will provide at least 90 days' advance notice before discontinuing any hosted content.

Technical Requirements

To access the materials, you need a device with an internet connection and a modern web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge). Video content is optimized for streaming on both desktop and mobile devices. Downloaded files are provided in standard formats (PDF, MP4) compatible with most devices.

Currency

All prices are displayed and charged in Euros (EUR / €). Your bank may apply its own currency conversion rate if your account is denominated in a different currency.
